Founder
I am a passionate artist and art professional with extensive experience in the New York art world. My work in fine art and blue-chip gallery settings has given me a deep understanding of fine art, contemporary practices, and emerging digital trends like NFTs and blockchain technology.
I founded Emily to merge my love for traditional fine art with the possibilities of modern innovation. Through bespoke services, I help art collectors, aspiring artists, and institutions bring their visions to life. Whether it’s creating custom commissions, providing mentorship, or curating cutting-edge experiences, my mission is to forge meaningful connections between art and its audience.
My story began when I left New York City during the pandemic and relocated to South Carolina. I spent the previous years doing my Master’s in Fine Art at the New York Academy of Art where I studied painting, and then working with blue-chip galleries and auction houses. Although it was an enlightening experience, I felt that I was ready to become an independent artist. Here’s a photo of me with artist Amy Sherald when she came to visit my studio.
I discovered a sense of creative freedom and innovative spirit in the Wild West of Web3. What began as a casual exploration of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and NFTs quickly evolved into a complete career transformation. I immersed myself in various NFT communities and met incredible people along the way. This experience inspired me to build True Stars—an innovative brand designed to empower others to embark on their own creative journeys and guide them to build their own brands.
I had the honor of ringing the closing bell at the New York Stock Exchange to celebrate the $250 billion Creator Economy with Virtualness and graduated from the HUG accelerator program by Randi Zuckerberg. Now, my focus is on helping others to bridge the worlds of fine art and contemporary innovation, offering bespoke artistic experiences that reflect the unique visions of art collectors, aspiring artists, and institutions. By blending expertise from the New York art scene with the latest trends in technology, I aim to inspire and elevate through art that resonates with authenticity, creativity, and timeless value.
